I received an email today, informing me that my friend Tony has passed away.
On the 25th of July, we visited Tony at his home, and enjoyed his company and a cuppa tea 'n' a biscuit. I mentioned it in that day's post, titled "When Is A Horse Not A Horse?" That post includes a photo of he and I, standing in front of his house.
Here is another (poor) photo, taken earlier this year. Tony sits in our clubhouse, with that rascal Budweiser in his lap!
Tony was a great chap, and all who knew him will miss him.
